Unlike most builders, FORTIS installs stainless steel balcony door pans. The pans sit unseen below each door to keep moisture out of the home.
Most builders use mass-market house wrap. FORTIS uses a superior product that self-seals. This product is more expensive, but its rubber coating seals around every nail hole to ensure no moisture penetration.
FORTIS exceeds most code requirements for framing, sheathing, and insulation.
